1.What makes the Urban Cruiser version different from the standard Caddy Pro?

The Urban Cruiser adds a removable rear passenger bench that seats up to 3 children (130 lbs capacity), plus a hidden storage compartment beneath the bench – perfect for snacks, toys, or a rain cover on family outings.

2.Can I swap the bench for cargo use?

Yes – the passenger bench removes easily in minutes and can be replaced with a rear cargo box (sold separately). One trike, two modes: passenger carrier on weekends, cargo hauler on weekdays.

3.What is the range of the Caddy Pro Urban Cruiser?

It delivers up to 45 miles on throttle and up to 65 miles with pedal assist. Carrying passengers or cargo will reduce range somewhat; an optional second battery is available.

4.What motor does it use?

It is powered by a 500W Emojo brushless motor – the same reliable motor used across the Caddy Pro line, delivering smooth, quiet, and consistent power for family trips.

5.What type of brakes does it have?

Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with integrated brake lights – giving you strong, controlled stopping power, even when carrying passengers.

6.Does it have suspension?

Yes – the front suspension fork absorbs bumps and road vibrations, making family rides more comfortable for everyone, especially on uneven pavement.

7.What are the tire sizes?

It runs 20 x 4.0" rear fat tires and a 24 x 4.0" front fat tire – providing excellent stability for family rides and confident handling on varied surfaces.

8.What is the weight capacity?

Caddy Pro Urban Cruiser supports up to 400 lbs total – rider + passengers + cargo. The rear bench itself carries up to 130 lbs (up to 3 children).

9.What rider height does it fit?

It fits riders from 4'10" to 6'10" – the same wide range as the standard Caddy Pro, making it comfortable for families with multiple riders of different heights.

10.How do I choose between the Caddy models?

Think of it this way: Caddy Pro is your heavy-duty cargo trike – 400 lbs capacity, front suspension, fat tires, and a 65-mile range. Caddy Pro Urban Cruiser takes that same rugged platform and adds the passenger bench and hidden storage, making it the family-friendly version. If you ride alone and need to haul cargo, choose Caddy Pro. If you want to carry kids, grandkids, or a family member along for the ride, choose Caddy Pro Urban Cruiser. Both come with the same motor, battery, brakes, suspension, warranty, and UL certification.
