1.How many passengers can the rear bench carry?

The rear bench is designed to carry up to two children, with the trike's total load capacity at 330 lbs. For safety, always have rear passengers dismount first before the rider steps off.

2.Can I swap the bench for a cargo basket?

Yes, and it's quick. The bench removes in minutes and the rear basket drops right in, so you can carry passengers on the weekend and groceries during the week with one trike.

3.What is the storage space under the bench for?

There's a hidden storage compartment beneath the bench seat - perfect for stashing snacks, toys, a lock, or a rain cover while you're out with the family.

4.What brakes does the Bull Urban Cruiser use?

It comes equipped with hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, giving you smooth, strong stopping power even with passengers aboard - an upgrade we consider essential on a family trike.

5.Is it easy for seniors to get on and off?

Very. The 8.5-inch ultra-low step-through frame means you simply step through rather than swinging a leg over, and the adjustable upright seating position is comfortable for riders 4'10" to 6'4".

6.What is the range of the Bull Urban Cruiser?

Expect up to 45 miles on throttle and up to 65 miles with pedal assist. Carrying passengers or cargo will reduce range somewhat, and an optional second battery is available for longer outings.

7.Does it come assembled?

It ships partially assembled with tools and instructions included. Given the extra bench hardware, many families choose the full assembly option (+$250) to have it arrive ready to ride.

8.What warranty and shipping are included?

Every Bull Urban Cruiser includes a 3-year warranty (coverage varies by component), free shipping to the lower 48 states, a 30-day trial, and UL 2849 certification for electrical safety.

9.Should I choose the Urban Cruiser or the standard Bull?

Ask yourself one question: will you carry passengers? If you plan to bring kids, grandkids, or a family member along, the Urban Cruiser is the right call - the rear bench seats them comfortably, hides storage underneath, and swaps for a cargo basket when you ride solo. If you will always ride alone and just need room for cargo, the standard Bull with its wood-base platform does the job for less.

The maximum load for the rear seat is 100 lbs.
For safety, always have the rear passenger dismount first before the rider leaves the bike.
This helps avoid the front wheel lifting due to uneven weight distribution.
