Emojo Electric Bike – 3-Year Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
(This Limited Warranty applies to all Emojo Electric Bikes purchased on or after this date.)
1. Warranty Overview
At Emojo Electric Bikes, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products.
To provide our customers with added confidence and peace of mind, Emojo offers a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Coverage by Component
The following components are covered under this Limited Warranty:

Wear-and-tear components (including but not limited to brakes, tires, tubes, chains, cables, and cosmetic parts) are not covered, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
· Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, tubes, and cosmetic scratches.
· Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
· Water damage, corrosion, or use in extreme weather conditions.
· Unauthorized modifications or the use of non-original Emojo parts.
· Commercial or rental use (unless otherwise stated in a separate contract).
· Labor costs for part replacement or tune-ups performed by third-party shops.
4. Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim:
1. Register your bike within 30 days of purchase at www.emojobike.com/register.
2. Provide:
o Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
o Bike serial number
o Photos or videos showing the issue
3. Email the above to: support@emojobike.com
4. Emojo will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions at our discretion.
5. Warranty Remedies
If a covered component is found defective within the warranty period, Emojo will, at its sole discretion:
· Repair the defective component; or
· Replace it with a new or refurbished part; or
· Provide a credit toward a replacement unit.
Shipping costs for replacement parts may apply after the first year of ownership.
6. Shipping & Return Policy for Warranty Repairs
If a warranty repair or replacement is required due to a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the following shipping policy applies:
Within 3 months from the date of purchase:
Emojo will cover round-trip shipping costs for warranty-related repairs or replacements.
More than 3 months after the date of purchase:
The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, based on the component category listed below:

Customers are responsible for properly packaging all returned components to prevent damage during transit. Emojo is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
7. Extended Warranty Registration
To activate the 3-Year Warranty, customers must register their product online within 30 days of purchase.
Unregistered bikes will be covered under the standard 1-year warranty.

8.Limitation of Liability & Legal Rights
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND REPRESENT EMOJO ELECTRIC BIKES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emojo Electric Bikes shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EMOJO ELECTRIC BIKES’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Emojo Electric Bikes disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the duration of this express Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
